After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to purchase this sweeper, but I'm glad I did. Yes, it's not a full size broom, because it's a long-handled large dustbrush and long-handled dustpan. I am 5'8" and have severe arthritis and can't bend easily. It was a pleasure to use. The pan locked in placed, it layed flat on the floor, and I had no problem with the dustbrush and I did not have to bend over. When I was through, it neatly folded together and I hung it in the closet. It did everything it was advertised to do, it works well and looks great and I JUST LOVE IT.

When I ordered this product I thought it was going to be an industrial grade broom and dust pan. Instead it was this little compact unit that you would find on the side of granny's fridge in the kitchen.

the bottom of the dust pan is curved in an inverted smile, so that the sweepings pass underneath, rendering it useless.

The dustpan is curved in such a way that there is virtually NO contact with the ground, making sweeping impossible. I will not be able to use this at all.

The broom is fine, They say the "Dustpan locks open for easy sweeping" FAR FROM THE TRUTH...
The dustpan is held by two tips inside and they constantly come unlocked.
