You need 3 towels to dry your hands, despite being a 2-ply towel, they are very thin.
Received many complaints from employees.

Staff didn't like them. Not as absorbant or soft like our normal brand which is cheaper. Will not purchase these again.

These are very "economical" towels. They are smaller than what I would consider a "standard" size paper towel, so they get more towels to a roll than others. These are fine for drying hands and wiping up small messes. They are fine for an office that goes thru them quickly, no need to spend tons of money on a higher quality towel. That said, it's best to compare other brands but make sure you compare number of sheets along with price and understand that these towels are smaller and much thinner than the name brands.
