This chair is comfortable but it is wider than I need. I'm a small-statured short person so I wish it were more adjustable. It would be nice if it adjusted front to back to accommodate people whose thighs are short.
It was easy to put together and is sturdy.

Have ordered 10 of these chairs for staff members who tried a couple of chairs and like this one best. They all still like them, but have had issues with arms cracking or the adjustable mechanism breaking on 6 of the 10. Also had one whose seat mechanism cracked. Office Star has been great about replacing all (still under warranty) but would prefer to have chairs that are well-made. As far as comfort goes, they all like them; I find the seat a little too shallow for comfort. Although we are using them for business, due to the issues I think they would be better suited to light use.

I was very excited when I saw the listing and recommendation of this chair.
Once I assembled it and began using it I was very disappointed with the high cost, low quality and extemely low comfort level this chair affords. I will never purchase another one and do not recommend it for any use.
